Control Hire’s Air Scrubbers are designed for the any work site requiring dust control. Mobile and easy to move equipment allows you to reach those hard to reach areas on site. This Air Scrubber can be set up with 3-stage, HEPA filtration, filtering up to 99.97% of dust captured.
The unit is supplied with a powerful centrifugal fan, ducting and floor hood. The hood should be positioned as closely as possible to the source, the fan will extract the fumes through the hood and into the HEPA filter capturing the dust. The air being discharged from the fan has been filtered and you can direct this filtered air with ducting up to lengths of 90 metres.
This Air Scrubber is ideal for capturing and removing hazardous dust such as respirable crystalline silica (RCS) and lead, particularly in live environments.

3-Stage Filtration System
Stage 1: F5 Pleated Pre-Filter
Blocks coarse dust, lint, and pollen. Extends the lifespan of HEPA and carbon filters downstream.
Stage 2: H13 HEPA Filter
Achieves ≥99.95% removal efficiency at 0.3μm. Captures ultrafine particulates including Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS).
Stage 3: Activated Carbon Filter
Absorbs volatile organic compounds (VOCs), fumes, odours, and chemical vapours.
