Fume extractors are essential in keeping the air clean and improving airflow and ventilation by filtering out potentially harmful airborne contaminants like dust particles, smoke, and fume in settings where volatile materials and solvents are being used.
Control Hire’s Air Scrubbers are designed for the construction market, making it easy to move the equipment and improve fresh air circulation in hard-to-reach areas on site. Our Air Scrubbers can be used with Carbon Filters to assist with fume extraction of unwanted gases, vapours and odours.
The unit is supplied with a powerful centrifugal fan, ducting and floor hood. The capture hood should be positioned as closely as possible to the source, the fan will extract the fumes through the hood and through the Carbon Filter. Our Air Scrubbers can also be used with some volatile fumes and are suitable for managing Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s).

3-Stage Filtration System

Achieves ≥99.95% removal efficiency at 0.3μm. Captures ultrafine particulates including Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS).
