The Miniflex Welding Fume Filter is designed for light-duty welding stations where fumes need to be captured and filtered close to the source, without the cost or footprint of a fixed installation. Standard wheels and a carrying handle make it easy to reposition around the workshop, and the unit can be fully disassembled in minutes for cleaning and filter changes.
Air passes through a five-stage filtration process: starting with a removable metal pre-filter and pre-separator to capture larger particles, then a large-surface-area main filter, an optional activated-carbon stage to control odours, and a final HEPA stage for clean discharge air. A current sensor enables automatic start/stop, so the unit switches on as soon as welding begins and powers down shortly after it stops: cutting energy use and extending motor brush life.
A stainless-steel-ready configuration is also available, featuring a high-efficiency filter cartridge and a filter-saturation indicator with audible alert, suited to stainless steel welding fume extraction.
